Prism Microwave was started in 2007 in Naples, Florida. During the last three years, additional locations in Oulu, Dallas, London, Helsinki and Suzhou have been added. Prism is a global company able to serve Customers anywhere in the world.
The Company mantra is 'Smaller. Lighter. Smarter'. Prism has developed a range of new and proprietary filter designs as well as developing Prismatic Tuning. This is a method of tuning filters without requiring experienced technicians.

The Prism Board is an effective blend of executive and non-executive directors who possess diverse and impressive areas of expertise in the fields of business, finance, engineering and wireless communications.
Peter Sulick, MBA, non-executive Chairman and CEO
Mr Sulick is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in building media and technology companies, executing their business strategy and building operations. He is currently the Chairman of Dynasil (DYSL:US). Since 1985, Mr. Sulick has founded and led telecommunications companies that were later acquired by Nextel and T-Mobile. In the early part of his career, Mr. Sulick was a principal financial officer for Cablevision Systems.
Juha Mört, M.Sc., President & COO
Mr. Mört is a senior executive with extensive track record in Wireless Infrastructure Industry. Between 1998 and 2009 Mr. Mört had various positions within Powerwave Technologies Inc. (formerly Filtronic) ending as Managing Director EMEA (Europe – Middle – East and Africa) region. Mr. Mört has also held senior executive positions with Elektrobit Group Inc and Filtronic PLC.
Paul Allen MBA, MA, non-executive Director
Paul Allen is Founder and Chairman of Aston Associates, before that he was one of the leading partners in the financial institutions practice of McKinsey & Co., Mr. Allen has authored numerous Publications including ‘Re-engineering the Bank’ (McGraw Hill, 1997).
Harvey Goldberg, non-executive Director
Mr Goldberg is an entrepreneur who spent 33 years building Naricott Industries into the pre-eminent woven narrow fabric company in North America. Moving up from a controller position Mr. Goldberg ended his service as the CEO and Owner of a global company employing more than 500 people. Since retiring Mr Goldberg advised several companies as a non-executive director.

Senior Management
The core management team offers years of experience in filter and subassembly design and production. Prism is unique in combining design engineers schooled in higher mathematics with production personnel who have extensive experience in procurement, project management, inventory control, industry knowledge and RF manufacturing.
