Cavity Filter Engineer - Location Naples, FL or Oulunsalo, Finland
Role and Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated Filter Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Filter Engineer you will utilize your ability to interpret the technical requirements and specifications to design, build, optimize and validate passive RF filtering products. You will realize the required products in co-operation with Mechanical, Electronic and Software Engineers.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Procurement and Sourcing Person - Location Suzhou, China
Role and Key responsibilities:
Prism Microwave is seeking a qualified individual with extensive experience in procurement and sourcing materials in China, especially related to mechanical parts, high pressure die cast tools, PCBAs and electronic components. The position would be based in China with the main role being to support our local manufacturing operations in Suzhou, China and R&D in terms of availability of materials and sourcing activities.
Education and Experience:
Qualified candidates should have a commercial background and several years experience (over 5 years) of procurement, logistics and sourcing for operations and R&D and if possible some level of technical experience as well, to understand complexity of materials used in RF Conditioning technology.
Experience working with international companies and materials project management is a plus.
Personal attributes:
- Able to speak and write fluently in English and Chinese.
- Good knowledge of suppliers and manufacturers in China, especially in Suzhou area.
- Collaborative and good teamwork but also capable to work independently as well towards common goals.
- Good negotiation skills
