Prism Microwave is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Geoff Fletcher as our new Chief Operating Officer. This addition continues to expand our senior management team of industry veterans and greatly compliments our strong technical capabilities with extensive experience in lean product manufacturing and cost control. Juha Mort has taken the role of President of Prism Microwave.

Mr. Fletcher brings with him a history of success in the RF Conditioning industry, having held multiple senior-level management positions throughout his recent career. These positions include Managing Director and CEO of the Wireless Infrastructure Business at Filtronic Comtek, as well as holding the position of Managing Director of the Filter Business at Powerwave Technologies, later becoming General Manager of the entire Products Division at Powerwave.

Since leaving Powerwave in October of 2007, Mr. Fletcher has been consulting with some of the major OEM and Wireless infrastructure players around the globe, bringing world-class manufacturing and cost control capabilities to the companies he served. Now Prism will have the benefit of Geoff's full attention as he focuses on making Prism Microwave the world leader in RF Conditioning solutions.
